Static check scale automatic in-line chain conveyor –
The electronically controlled static check scale SCS is designed for in- line installation in a chain conveyor.
The SCS is fully automatic provided the cylinder tare value is transferred and re-used from the filling process (otherwise the tare value has to be encoded). It performs a weighing check of the net LPG content in the cylinder. The measured result is compared to the preset permitted maximum overfilling/underfilling limits. This compare decides whether the cylinder can be ok or rejected.
